Was great when my daughter was one even two. I love this sandbox. the cover does not blow off. At three she can play byherself But with a play friend it would be crowded. So I say it could be bigger.
the kids love this and play in it all the time,,,,,and its very sturdy,,and the top really keeps the sand dry,,,havent had any problems with the top blowing off,,,,we LOVE it.
Durable sand box. The lid covers well & keeps sand dry. The lid is also pretty tall so you can keep lots of toys inside.
It's not too bulky but it is a nice size for them to play in and we love the "seats" on each corner. We live in Arkansas, way too far from the beach, but travel to the coast every year for vacation. My kids love the sand, so this is a perfect gift for them. The shape is also good, making it easy to find an out of the way place to put it in the backyard. The lid fits nicely so the sand stays clean and dry.
This sandbox is just the right size for my 2-year old. He loves to play in it. It seems very sturdy and the lid goes on and off easily.
